Université Paris Cité aims to promote access for international students who wish to undertake their university studies at the master’s level. Several types of scholarship programs are offered. The eligibility criteria and conditions for each program may be different depending on your situation.

Université Paris Cité – SMARTS-UP program
The SMARTS-UP program, financed by the SFRI call (Structuring training through research in initiatives of excellence) at Université de Paris, aims to promote the internationalization of Master’s programs and facilitate the admission of the best international students. It intends to build notably a pool of excellence in the recruitment of future doctoral students. Info here.
Eiffel scholarship
The Eiffel scholarship program is a tool developed by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract the best foreign students to graduate courses at master’s and doctoral level.
It helps to train future foreign decision-makers, from the private and public sectors, in priority areas of study, and to stimulate applications from students from emerging countries for the master’s level and from emerging and industrialized countries for the doctorate level.

Funding, Financial and Social support
All Université Paris Cité students – whether they are French or international and have or have not been awarded grants – experiencing temporary difficulties may be entitled to assistance and support from the Student Life Department.
Our staff from the Student Life Department, located at the Odéon site and Grands Moulins campus, are available to provide you with advice and guidance related to grants, digital and financial assistance, housing, healthcare, etc.
Housing Assistance
Private rental, a room in a university dormitory, flat-sharing..Many types of accommodation and assistance is provided to students at Université Paris Cité.
